3. All orders are dispatched via Registered Mail (Cyprus Postal Service) to ensure a safe and guaranteed delivery. You will receive an online tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your delivery and view its status at any time. Simply go to http://www.track-trace.com/post, enter the Tracking Number and click "Track with options".
4. Expected delivery time for Cyprus is 2 to 3 days and for other European Countries 5 to 7 days. Delivery time outside the European Union vary, but is expected to take up to 10 working days.
5. We will accept returns of defective or defaced items. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges if a shirt doesn't fit. In the unlikely event that you have received an unsatisfactory product, please email to us snapshots of the defects and a brief description within 7 days from the date of mailing. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be provided.
